Chickens / תרנגולות

ביום רביעי שעבר אני ואמא שלי הלכנו לשוק המקומי שבכפר כדי לראות אם היו שם אפרוחים - והיו, אז קניני חמישה: 3 בני חודש ועוד 2 בני שבוע. אני עושה איתם כיף חיים ונתתי להם שמות: חני (דבש), דאמבלדור, מאקגונאגול, צ'ו צ'אנג וצ'יקפי. כאן יש ווידאו מהיום שקנינו אותם ומהיום אחרי זה שהריאתי אותם לבאבא.

Last Wednesday Ima and I went to the local market in the village to see if they had any chicks - and they did, so we bought five: 3 month-old chickens and 2 week-old chicks. I have great fun with them and have given them all names: Honey, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Cho Chang and Chickpea. Here you can see a video-clip from the day when we bought them, and also from the next day when we showed them to Baba.

Water economy / חיסכון במים

אנחנו משתדלים לחסוך במים ולבזבז כמה שפחות....

We are trying to save water and to waste as little as possible... (on this video clip Lielle is explaining how the same water was used several times: first for a hair wash, then to prewash some clothes while simultaneously washing her feet).

Georgeous Carrot Omlette / חביתה עם גזר

האורחת שאכלה את ההביתה המפורסמת שלי עם הגזר אמרה שזה היה מאוד טעים, אז הגיע הזמן לגלות את סוד המתכוןֱ

The guest who ate my famous carrot omlette said it was really tasty so I think the time has come to publish the secret recipe!

כיף חיים

כמה דברים שעשיתי בימים האחרונים:

4 מאי - הלכנו לבית של חברה של אמא שלי ועזרנו בהכנת קיר מבוץ וגם זכינו לפגוש את הבת שלה ולה היו שני חתולים, בן ובת, והם היו מאוד חמודים.

5 מאי - אישה שהכרנו אצל החברה של אמא באה לבקר אותנו והיה כיף. הזמננו אותה לאכול איתנו ואני הכנתי את ארוחת הערב לגמרי לבד - חביתות בטעמים שונים: רגיל, עם גזר (מתכון שפעם המצאתי), ומשהו חדש ... חביתה עם גרגרי חומוס!! אחרי האוכל ראינו סרט ביחד ואז הקשבנו למוסיקה עד שהיה זמן ללכת לישון.

6 מאי - הייתה מסיבה במתנ"ס של הכפר אז אני ואמא שלי הזמננו 8 חברים לבוא אלינו קודם לארוחת ערב ו לזוג אחד היה תינוק שז ביחד חיינו 11 אנשים. אחרי שאכלנו הלכנו ביהד למסיבה והיה כיף.

7 מאי - הנכדות של באבא צונקה הגיעו מסופיה ושיחקנו ביחד כמעט כל היום ואני לימדתי את צבטיה שהיא בת 10 לרכב על אופניים בלי גלגלי עזר ועשונו תורות על האופניים.

8 מאי - היום, לכבוד יום הזכרון ויום עצמאות, החלטנו להתחיל בחוברת מולדת/אזרחות. אחרי זה נעשה הפסקה כדי לראות את הסרט "הארי פוטר והאסיר מאזקבן" - בשבוע שעבר סיימנו לקרוא את הספר.

Some things I've done over the last few days:

4th May - I went to Ima's friends house and we helped her with mud-plastering a wall. While we were there we met her daughter who has two cats, a male and a female, and they are really cute.

5th May - A woman who we met yesterday at Ima's friend's house came over and it was great fun. We invited her to stay for supper and I cooked the meal all by myself. We had different kinds of omlette: plain, with carrot (from a recipe I made up myself once before), and also with chick peas! After supper we watched a film together and then listened to music until it was time for bed.

6th May - There was a party in the village community centre and Ima and I invited 8 friends to come over for supper. One of the couples had a baby so all together we were 11 people. After eating we all went to the party together and it was fun.

7th May - Baba Tzonka's grand-daughters were here from Sofia and we played together nearly all day. I taught Tzvetia who is 10 to ride a bike without stabilizers and then we took turns riding the bike.

8th May - Today, in honor of Israel's remembrance day and independence day, we have decided to start working in my citizenship workbook. After that we are going to take a break and watch the film "The Prisoner of Azkaban". We just finished reading the book last week.

חזרנו לבולגריה

אחרי כמה חודשים שהיינו באנגליה וישראל חזרנו לבולגריה.

After several months of being in England and Israel we have come back to Bulgaria

ביום שלישי אני ואמא שלי סיימנו קורם טבע. אמא מאוד נהנתה מהקורס אבל אני הכי נהנתי מזה שהיתה שם תינוקת בשם מיה ואני מאוד אהבתי אותה. היא דיברה רק בולגרית כי הקורס היה בבולגריה ןהצלחתי לדבר איתה קצת. אחרי הקורס נסענו לבית שלנו בוודיצה

On Tuesday (4th May) Mum and I finished a nature course - Permaculture Garden Course. Mum really enjoyed the course but the thing I most enjoyed was that there was a baby there called Maya and I really liked her. She only spoke Bulgarian because the course was in Bulgaria but I managed to speak to her a bit. After the course we went back home to Voditsa

Lielle's Shop / החנות של ליאל

לפעמים אני משחקת בחנות - אני כאילו מוכרת כל מיני דברים לאבא ואמא ואני משתמשת במחשב כאילו זה הקופה בה אני מעבירה את המוצרים לבדוק את הבר-קוד.

Sometimes I play shop - I pretend that I am the shopkeeper and sell all kinds of things to Ima and Abba. I use the computer as if it is the till where I have to check the bar-codes

Easy Rider / בלי גלגלי-עזר

לפני כשבועיים הצלחתי סוף סוף לרכב על האופניים שלי בלי גלגלי-עזר. כאן תוכלי לראות ווידאו קצר על טיול סתיוי שעשינו לפני כמה ימים בכפר.
